- Commercial Use – If you plan to use a blueprint or design for commercial development, please contact us for a commercial-use license.
- No Resale or Redistribution – Our designs and blueprints are protected by copyright and may not be resold, distributed, or used to create derivative works for resale.
- Compliance with Local Codes – You are responsible for ensuring that the blueprint or design complies with local building codes and regulations before construction.
- No Liability – We provide blueprints and designs as a guideline only. We are not responsible for any construction errors, material costs, or legal compliance issues.
- Refund Policy – Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available after delivery.
